Just like everyone else, what good is this video if we aren’t able to purchase replacement wheels anywhere?!! 3 out of 4 magnetic aligned wheels completely disintegrated after only 5 trips!!! More like - Travel-No!!

Can someone tell me how to get the zippers out of the TSA lock? I received your bag today and the zippers will not come out. The numbers are all three set 000. How do I get the zippers to go off of the lock????? Thanks thank you!

Why doesn’t this have a strap on the back for slipping over luggage handles like the other under-seat sized Travelpro cases?

I have required switcase Carlton wheel cover Nos 8 wheel system.

Unfortunately, I have looked everywhere inside the luggage and cannot find a zipper for the liner

Why dont you tell us where to get the effin parts..... the videos are useless without parts. I have only bought travelpro the last 15 years and I wont buy any more. Id rather buy cheap luggage and replace it than have to go through an ordeal to find a handle to wheen to replace that broke in the first few trips I used it on.

What is the difference in size of the medium check-In vs large trunk?

My 4 year old Platinum Elite Travelpro luggage does not have a zipper access to expose the wheels on the interior of the bag. Do I just punch an access hole? Travelpro's website doesn't seem to offer much in the way of instructions.

The screw and nut in this video is not the same as what is on my travelpro (which has been used only a handful of times.) The inside nut is round and not hex/oct shapes so a wrench will not hold it. Also the ridges in the screw are so shallow, that using a Phillips won't work at all and using a flathead strips it. I've been at it for an hour and can't even get 1 screw out. (Not to mention, the link they sent in support for "videos" was to a page that has no videos. I had to search for one on google.).

For me, the jury was still out. Couldn’t decide if TP was a good quality brand or not. Then you paid a bunch of second rate influencers to talk about your luggage like it’s worth buying, and that sealed the deal for me. Now I know it’s garbage.

Could this bag be considered a personal item?

I had EXACTLY the same experience as lorenrice637. The bolts are not possible to remove as they have no nut to grab on to with a wrench or pliers, and the screw head is non standard and immediately stripped with a standards Phillips head. These problems could and should have easily been addressed by the engineers. The feet are NOT user replaceable. Kudos to Travelpro for sending me free replacement parts, but they get an "F" as the parts are non-serviceable.

I've been looking everywhere to for a "how to pack a TravelPro Platinum Elite" checked bag suitcase, but nobody has posted one. It would help if you posted a video of how to efficiently pack with it.

I wish the luggage had been constructed to allow wheel swaps when I bought my first TravelPro set. The cost of shipping for repairs invalidated the option, so we had to trash them, which was tragic. Yes, TravelPro, you need to make replacement wheels available now!

Where do I buy the new wheels. I've been all over the travelpro site, found the part # and can't find anywhere to actually buy the wheels. So frustrating!!!!

Can you use the platinum elite 21 as a carry on JetBlue or delta or American airlines without being charged a carry-on fee cause I wanna buy one for my trip in next year and how many clothes can fit inside of it and can you put a pair of shoes or sneakers with your clothes and still have room

Beautiful product but it came damaged and you have absolutely no customer service to take care of your customers. fix this. I want to exchange my product for one that is not damage. your phone tree says to use the chat function and there is no chat function that actually works...you only give your email and no-one ever contacts you .
